How to Publish Your App on Google Play Step by Step

Overview
Publishing is more than uploading a file; there is an account, files, listing info and policies to prepare. These steps help you avoid rejection and delays, with official details in Google Play Console.
1. Create a developer account
Sign up for Google Play Console with a Google account and complete the required developer details and verification; there is a one-time registration fee.
2. Prepare the AAB file
Google Play requires a signed App Bundle (AAB) for new apps. I use automated builds with GitHub Actions, as in the Block Blast project, to keep updates fast.
3. Store listing
Prepare a catchy name, short and full descriptions, an icon and high-quality screenshots, and use relevant search terms in the description.
4. Privacy policy and content forms
The store requires a privacy policy link and answers to data safety and content rating forms; make sure they are accurate and match what your app does.
5. Test, then release
Use internal or closed testing tracks before production, then submit for review and watch for messages. For a smooth experience review the UI/UX principles.
